Modules 3 & 4:
The Four Horsemen
Understand the four most common disease processes that end life. Refine your personal risk narrative by understanding your genetic risk around these four diseases.
Understand what labs can and can not tell you about your personal risks, and how to use labs to monitor interventions.
Screening & Diagnostics
Round out your personalized understanding of risk via cancer screening and other diagnostic protocols.
Understand why sleep is important and how to know if you’re sleeping well. Develop a personalized plan for how to improve your sleep quality.
Understand a general framework for good nutrition. Develop a personalized nutrition plan and learn how to track your progress against the goal of metabolic health.
Modules 9 & 10: Exercise & Physical Health
Understand how to navigate the complexity of exercise based on your goals and age. Develop a personal exercise protocol across four pillars of physical health – stability, strength, aerobic efficiency, and anaerobic power.
Module 11: Medications & Supplements
Understand our framework around the use of medications and supplements. Be able to better advocate for yourself with your doctor.
Understand the pillars of emotional health and develop an emotional health toolbox that incorporates your personal goals and risks, across all domains.
